NON - ATTENDANCE - Anne Hints, 5, Four Foot Row, was summoned for neglecting to send her child to school. Mr. F.T. Spackman prosecuted. Defendant stated her husband was a soldier and the child was beyond her control. Defendant was fined s2 6s.

Alleged poaching,- Walter Adams, Dolday, was charged with being in possession of game unlawfully obtained. P.C. McDonough said he saw the prisoner coming from land at Powick, he had in his possession nets and game.
